Here's a full promo (shorter, bumper promo can be found here) for The Shari Show with Shari Lewis and her gallery of puppets on WMAQ Channel 5, to air Tuesdays at 3:30pm.

This syndicated kids program had aired in that time slot once a month starting in October 1975 and through August 10th 1976.

As mentioned, The Shari Show was also broadcast on other NBC-owned stations, including WNBC Channel 4 in New York City where Ms. Lewis hosted children's shows including Hi Mom! in a period spanning the late 1950s to early '60s. (the station was known as WRCA Channel 4 until Sunday, May 22nd 1960)

In the school months the show was followed by Special Treat at 4pm. In October 1976, The Shari Show moved to 3pm (with Special Treat airing at 3:30pm), then in July 1977 to Saturday afternoons where it remained until its last airing on September 30th 1978. (Special thanks to Chris Tufts a.k.a. 'Phantom' for this scheduling information.)

    No Lamb Chop here, apparently.

    Voiceover by Shari Lewis.

"Wanna feel good? Watch the Shari Show!"

This aired on local Chicago TV during the 1975-76 period.
