Here's an early segment from Son of Sven featuring his first promotional item - a black and orange photograph "post card" that you could get if you wrote into him at this address:

Not sure what episode this is from, but it was a very early one based on the fact that the coffin still has the Jerry G. Bishop-era graphics.
